20 August 2014The activities included a re-use and recycling market, which was held all morning, kids creative workshops, awarding of the prizes for the micro-story competition, a 13 kilometre bike ride from Peralta to Falces to discover the mink's habitat, canoeing along the river, as well as a hot chocolate breakfast and a paella lunch open to everyone.On 7th June, Peralta held the "Mink Territory" festival, directed at raising the awareness and informing the local community about the mink.
Entre las actividades que se llevaron a cabo hubo un mercado de reutilización y reciclaje durante toda la mañana, talleres creativos para niños, se entregaron los premios del concurso de microrrelatos, un paseo en bici entre Peralta y Falces de unos 13 kilómetros para conocer el hábitat del visón, paseos por el río en piraguas, así como un desayuno con chocolatada y una paellada popular.
A number of associations and the council of Peralta were involved in the organisation of the festival, coordinated by the Mink Territory Information Point and attended by more than 600 persons.
