18 August 2014On the 4th April, the fourth talk on the different factors relating to riverine biodiversity was held at the Falces Information Point. On this occasion the talk was given by Agustí Vidal, perfumer and musician (creator of “Núvol de llimona”, perfumery talk on the desserts of chef Jordi Roca, “El Celler de Can Roca”Restaurant, the Best Restaurant in the World 2013).
In the morning, he held two workshops for making lavender cologne from Falces-grown lavender, directed at a physically disabled group of people from the AMIMET Association in Tudela, and a second workshop directed at women from Falces. During the afternoon, the perfumer gave a talk to show the value of our plants and their uses in perfumery and cosmetics, using a number of cologne samples and extracts which the audience were allowed to smell.
